The heart of the cottage is the open‑plan kitchen, fully equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge‑freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Cream‑painted units, granite worktops and a central island with seating create a warm, welcoming space for cooking and gathering.

The adjoining dining area, seating up to ten, looks out over the courtyard — perfect for long, relaxed meals together.

The ground floor offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• A king‑size double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
• A twin bedroom with a spacious walk‑in shower room, WC and hand basin.
